    What happen if I put dollar offer in the thread, but then the problem never solved?

    Will the dollar still go some person? But the problem is not solved...?

    You have to award the dollars to a person, if no one solves your problem, you wait until someone does I think that if you delete the thread it will make it so you aren't offering those dollars anymore.

    Normal users cannot delete threads. They can only delete their own posts. This is to prevent them from being pseudo-moderators because by deleting threads, you're likely deleting others' posts.

    You should be able to delete the offer if nobody has replied.
    Allow users to revoke dollar offers after no replies?
    If a user posts a thread with an offer attached to it but nobody replies, allow them to retract their offer? Moderators, supermoderators, and administrators can always retract offers, including other users' offers.
    ...is set to Yes. You won't be able to delete the post if it is the first in a thread. Simply let the offer go stagnant until somebody replies in the future. The transfer is only committed when you award the dollars, but don't overdraft your account.
