A new computer for my office at work. Note the massive string of events leading up towards the final delivery.

We had a major problem with UPS back in febuary... We sent a package to a client(ground shipping) that ended up taking until the middle of march to deliver because it was stuck bouncing back and forth between here and chicago. I never got a streight answer, but from what I remember the package lable was damaged and the destination address wasnt clear enough for them to read?? Everytime it would get to a drop off location in chicago, they would think it was addressed to dallas, or it would sit in the delivery truck for a few days. Then when it got to dallas they would send it back to chicago, then at one point it almost made its way back to houston. I talked to over a dozen people(including managers) who ensured me that the problem would be fixed. It eventually took somebody at UPS to travel to their Chicago location and wait for the package to arrive and personally deliver it. Obviously I got refuned the delivery cost($7) and their deepest aplogies. But ironically I still use them as my primary shipping service, and have had no other problems.
