    Browse through your Windows XP CD and look for the particular '.dll' thats been wiped off and place it in the loction shown on your screen shot.

    Evidently "NewdotNet" and "Webhancer" are the culprits. Remove them from startup via msconfig.

    I'd say use both spybot and adaware.. when used together, they clear out more of the spyware/adware/malware than any other means.
