I have a folder with files:
    -index.php
    -portfolio.php
    -blahblah.php...

And I want to make the URL look like:

    How can I get that?
    Thanks a lot

I don't want to do that because it causes me trouble as I have to specify a different path to the stylesheet and other includes in each file. I know you can do this without moving the files with apache's mod rewrite, but I don't know how.
