Does anyone know what the pixel size for an A5 piece of paper is? Like I know that A4 is 210px x 297px but what is A5?

Also, if anyone knows of a list of loads of sizes that would be helpful too. Thanks in advance, will7.

That is Millimetres you're thinking of. A5 will be half of A4; in Photoshop if you enter the MM values in the create new image box then change it to pixels it will convert it automatically.

    So it's 105px x 148.5px? Sounds a bit of a dodgy size to me!

After I wrote the following explination I, as well as JR, relized that you are refering to mm, not pixles, but I felt it would be a waste not to post this explincation anyway. Look over this page Weights and Sizes of Papers To get your sizes.

Befor I can answer this i need to know what resolution are you working in.. The size of A5 paper could be an infinite number of pixle configurations depending on your resolution. A5 is physically 148mm by 210mm(5.83in x 8.27in) in the real world. Milimeters or inches are an absolute unit of measurment. But a pixle is a relative unit of measure. 72dpi means 72 dots per inch, or pixles per inch. For example if your document is set to 72dpi, than an a5 would be about 420px by 596px (5.83 x 72 = 419.76 rounded to 420 and 8.27 x 72 = 595.44 rounded to 596) but if your resolution is 300dpi than A5 would be 1749px by 2481px(5.83 x 300 = 1749 and 8.27 x 300 = 2481). So you see you cannot define the size of A5 paper using pixles alone, you have to also tell what resolution you are refering to.
