Hi, I have a few questions...

    1. Can a person under 18 be head/founder of a corperation? Public or Private. Canada info best, but US laws should be the same. (for liability reasons)

    2. No longer needed

    3. How many sites (about) are on the net that use a login/out system?

@3: I suppose you can roughly check that by doing this google search: http://www.google.com/search?q=login...utf-8&oe=utf-8

1: I don't know about a corporation, but in the UK, it is irrelevant what age you are for starting a business.

For a sole trader, we don't have to do anything, we don't register any names or anything, but they do recommend you do for legal reasons, so I probably will soon. I know it's probably know help to the U.S, but I would have thought there would be some similarites...
