What sign would you use for "everything" Not *.* Im not looking for computer related signs, just a symbol or graphic that symolises everything.
Any ideas?

Well in regular expressions, .* means anything for any length - everything.
Using set theory, an empty set is defined by the Greek letter phi. Using some twisted set logic, you define the complementary set of the empty set as "everything". The symbol of a complementary set is a bar across the top of the set's name; see http://www.uwrf.edu/~ll63/ElEd/SetsA...etnotation.htm .
Hope these help.
