Question: have you ever faced a lawsuit for trademark violation?

Any unique name is implicitly trademarked, just like any unique work is implicitly copyrighted. You didn't even bother asking me if you could register them.

I won't do anything if you void the domains, but if you resell them, I will consider a lawsuit for trademark violation.

so you meant webdesignforums.in is also tradmarked by you... please explain me.. i am new to all these things.. no offense please..

so if someone have abc.com then domains related to all abc.net abc.org should be owned only by him ... is it so?

You may do what you wish with them so long as:

    1. You do not resell them,
    2. You do not use them to host your own content, and
    3. You do not do anything with them that can be further interpreted as a trademark violation

No, because you would be violating the WDF trademark. You should have thought this through a lot more before you spend money on them.
