It seems I have got a virus on my laptop. The computer won't even boot up properly. Norton AntiVirus has said that it is unable to fix the problem. It says that the virus is a Trojan horse. Does anybody know how I can get rid of it. I would update Norton AntiVirus but the problem is, the computer isn't booted up properly

It is okay thanks, I have sorted the problem out. I went into safe modes and ran Norton antivirus which deleted the virus
