Any body knows a script to access user's local IP even if he's behind a firewall/proxy?

In response to the response to my earlier post from Wired, I needed the script to use on one of my client's website who is facing credit card frauds and other abuse and security issues on his website and needs to trace such users and eb able to identify them to the authorities in future.

You can't. You can record what IP someone accesses your site from, but you can't get their internal IP (which in most cases would be irrelevant).

Example: I'm behind some software and hardware firewalls (and a NAT or 3), and my local ip is 10.1.156.284. Doesn't help you in any way, shape, or form to find out who / where I am.

There are millions of people who have the internal IP of 192.168.1.100, occasionally including me depending on what my DHCP server gives me. It's useless to have; an external IP is only marginally useful for a similar reason.
