    need I say more?
    regardles, i will.
    First of all, wow.. lol
    Second, PEOPLE NEED TO READ.

i quote(it's at the very bottom)
"Gmail accounts are one of the most secure accounts out there. This is completely legal. You are bidding on this Apple iPod advertising tool which is this email account: free ipod nano 4gb @gmail.com . This is an excellent advertising opprotunity to have a rare email account. I will send you the password when you win this auction. Once this account is yours, you can change the password to whatever you want. All other account information is yours to change. Remember, this is just an auction for the email account. This is a once in a lifetime chance to own a rare email address."

I must say, quite clever but an atrocious auction.

Not only is it deceptive which in itself is probably against eBay's TOS, but they don't allow people to sell Gmail accounts there. Don't worry, the seller won't get his money; the person who won has negative feedback.

This goes along the lines of that dude that sold his PSP box for about $250.

Im guessing the buyer thought it was the PSP, but got a very empty box on arrival. The ebay ad kept repeating it was only the box, so the seller wasnt trying to trick anyone into buying it. But the buyer must of been damn stupid....
