A friend of mine is apparently seeing it at opening night, at opening hour/minute/second in VA. I don't hate the 007 movies, I just have no particular interest in seeing them.

Most recently, I saw Man of the Year with my sister. The reviews were bad, but I enjoyed it.

I have heard nothing bad about this movie, I am a bond fan so I will go and see this at some point.

Having only lived in the UK the worldwide popularity of the Bond films is unknown to me, are they creating a fuss elsewhere too?

Just got back from it, definitely worth it.

Note: since it's about how Bond became 007, there's M, but no Moneypenny, no Q, no gadgets. There's certainly hints here and there about the Bond legacy though.

    Ultimately: Bond is Back

i'm looking forward to seeing it as i'm becoming a bit of a film 'head' lately, i went to see Borat last week and bond this...
I recommend anybody that can take a joke as well as having one should go and see Borat, if you're a bit touchy maybe its not for you...
is the guy that plays bond now the evil monk in 'Elizabeth?' they certainly look similar

Daniel Craig - he was in a movie called Elizabeth in 1998.

BTW, XXXX (UK title) aka Layer Cake (US title) is an awesome movie Craig did in 2004.

Random post: m'dear, your site has some validation errors, most of which are just missing ALT attributes: http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=ht...hercash.com%2F

Didn't know the movie was a prequel. My interest is slightly higher.

    Yeah, Layer Cake was awesome.

Randomly, I saw Equilibrium recently... The Matrix's gunfights don't look so fun anymore.

I'd like to see Casino sometime, but I'll probably just wait until it comes out on DVD. I don't especially like Daniel Craig much. Did he make a good James Bond, or were some of the old people better?
