Hi, can anyone help? When I click on a web link that's in an email or document, it doesn't work (ie open my browser and go to the web page). It's the same with the BBC ticker that runs across the top of my screen. I've checked our firewall and think that all is ok there.
Is there something really obvious I haven't thought of?

What browser are you using? How high are the security settings on your browser?

Hi, I use Mozilla Firefox. Haven't touched security settings but just had a look and under 'advanced' - 'security' I could see that all the 'protocols' were ticked - has that anything to do with it?
