After reading a thread here about Opera (browser), I installed it.
(Shame I didn't before, beeing Norwegian and all)
Unfortunately I can't find the original thread, so I'm starting a new one (to be merged later).

However, I accidently "clicked a button" I shouldn't, and now the screen has shrunk to about 25% of what's normal.

I can't reverse it, and I can't find a menu item that makes me scale it back to size. What do I do?

Secondly, I've tried a lot of different skins and finally settled on one I like.
I can't, however, change the ugly "Arial" type font that makes up for menu navigation, regardless of what sort of skin I try.
    Any hints on that?

For your first problem, try the combo Shift + F11. Edit: I think you may have done Shift + F11 in the first place, in which case, try Ctrl + F11 (http://help.opera.com/Windows/8.51/en/keyboard.html)

And.. not sure about your second woe, I asked on IRC and they said try preferences (from Tools) but that was a no go.

shift+f11 only shrinks it more, actually to a small bar on the left side.
Clicking the combination more only switches view between small and ultra small as described

I fixed it now through tools->Preferences->Web Pages->and tick of "fit to width".

Apperantly there's a quick switch between 100% and other sizes that I accidentally bumped into, but I don't know where it is.
