    hey guys I intalled AVAST antivirus but ever since I did I can connect to windows update, i cannnot open Windows meaia player and i have probles with come ohter programs, i cannot even restore the systems. What should I do.Please help me with this issue. Thank you

    First, check in their firewall and make sure Avast is allowed.
    If everything is ok there, I would recommend disabling Avast and going immediately to an online virus scan (Panda Activescan is the one I would recommend), seeing if there's anything malicious on there and getting it removed.
    Then see if Avast is behaving ok. If not, you may have to uninstall/reinstall.

    i unistall avast but now i cannot fix my pc system restore won't even come out. media player doesn's work, and I have problems with some websites epecially the ones using flash content, and I have Flash Player 9.what a nightmare...!
