Is there a way i encrypt my entire memory stick as my schools is monitoring files on the computer and any usb devices I plug in becasue they think I am hacking their system to get around the RM tutor software, I need 1 that requires no .exe or .bat files because quite rightly permissions have been disabled for all of these

Encrypted or not, as soon as you decrypt the files or the OS can see them, you still can't access them.

Do you want to run these programs, or just transfer documents and such without the computer locking you out globally?

ive done a google search and cant find any that suit my needs, basically I use my memory stick at school and they monitor files, i need to encrypt them but still be able to use them at school, but most programs truecrypt etc require you to open an exe to decryt the files, i need need to transfer documents, not execute files

You're screwed, then, because encryption isn't part of the USB Mass Storage specification so there's no way to implement it other than running a program.

Unless you have a U3 flash drive which is designed to run applications without leaving anything behind on the system: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/U3

    Good point, filburt.

The reason I asked about a search is that your initial question didn't include a lot of the information needed to know what you needed.

Good luck finding something.......if you do, then post it and share the knowledge.
