When I execute the following links in IE 7 and IE 6 on my two PCs, I get back a message that says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage - Most likely causes: . You are not connected to the Internet; . The website is encountering problems; . There might be a typing error in the address.
    http://www.samhsa.gov/
    http://csat.samhsa.gov/
None of the listed things are in error. When I execute the same links in Firefox, they work fine. I know it must be a setting on my PCs or related to my connection in some way, but I cannot figure out what it is. I have been able to use my daughter's computer with IE 6 and the connection is fine.
My client executes the links using IE 7 and it is OK. I sent an email to samhsa.gov and asked them for help a couple of months ago and they never responded. One of their other links, http://prevention.samhsa.gov/ , works fine on my PCs on IE6, IE7 and Firefox.
I deleted all the cookies I have stored, restarted....no luck, then I reinstalled IE7, changed the settings that IE recommends to fix the problem, restarted and still no luck.

I have SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0 all checked on my IE Options. Does anyone have any ideas of how to fix this?

Try resetting IE's settings entirely. The error implies a DNS error.

I restored the advanced settings and reset IE settings in Internet Options. It still will not open the two web sites.
