A Client is using software that requires access of a database file over a peer to peer network. All the computers on the network are running windows Vista Business version. The problem the client is having is he can only connect two of the workstations to the file at a time through the software, is there anyway to correct this limit.

The accounting software? You'll have to talk w/ their support for that one.

lol heres the problem i am the support... They have never encountered the problem and asked me to research and fix the problem i feel that it may be a vista connection problem the "server" that they are using is running Vista business not server software and there are limitations as i discovered that vista has built in about peer connections, there are no error messages being reported by the software and it is not crashing, and any 2 computers can connect at a time, once one logs off (the software) and therefore stops accessing the database (MDB) another client can connect (could this be an access limitation or a file related limitation) I searched around on google but i really didn't know how to summarize that into a small string, that would find the information i wanted
