I feel this would be a great section. I know im currently learning it and that Fireworks is sometimes preferred over Flash. So why not have a section?? We have Illustrator and Photoshop!

Also, fireworks allows the transition from PSD to HTML/CSS, from what i have heard . . .

IIRC you're the first person in 8 years to ask for a Fireworks area.

Kinda means there's no interest by the member base for it. There's certainly been posts that mention it, but nothing in depth from what I can recall.

I think a Fireworks section would be good. I know that most of the questions about it get posted into the Photoshop forum, but I am trying to learn it and I always hesitate to post there as it seems so off-topic. I know I would definitely read it, and probably post there quite a bit as well.

Not quite sure if Fireworks and Flash are in the same category but, I DO think a Fireworks sub-forum would be extremely useful for me.

There is a few of us out here who could not afford the "Adobe" way, and went the "Macromedia" way. Back in the day when they were two different companies. Some folks EVEN consider Fireworks to be superior to Photoshop, from a "Web" stand point!
    Peace, Mike
