I am thinking about applying for a company that makes and services mobile SAP web apps. They want me to design mobile websites and their requirements are low. However I want to be prepared because they WILL test my skills.

How do you prepare for an employer's web development screening test?

How are most entry-level web developers tested before their employment?

    Thanks

I can't answer the second question, but to the first question: the best way to prepare is to know your S**t, and be confident. Confidence trumps everything else...always.

What Ronald said. If you know your stuff then you really don't have to worry about it...especially if you know your company.

That to some extent answers your second question as well. I'm a contractor, but the questions I get asked are so varied and so random I can't prepare, so I don't bother. I just answer them to the best of my ability. Fortunately, I have the ability.
