    I know how you could do it with outlook. Just create an Add-in in C++, then just use the LFX-API. The DLL is even included with the laptop in:

    With a PDF containing documentation on it as well.

    I don't even use outlook, just type in gmail.com every time, or use the phone. ;D

    There is quite some demand I'm sure for alienware apps which do stuff like flashing alerts. And the C is really really simple if you view the code provided in the demos. Fun just to play around with to see what you can get it to do.

    Thanks man, its the m14x so 14 inch screen, but with a resolution of 1900x600 its ideal for what i need to do
