    How can I capture & record a video game from my mobile device to a MAC

    How can I capture & record a video game from my mobile device to a MAC and save it as a video file?

    I wanna know a step by step please.Like example if I wanna do a video of myself playing a game live and hitting record on the MAC to record my device.

    What kind of mobile device? If its an apple device you can use Quicktime. Not sure if it works for non apple devices tho.

    I just wanna know how to do it I'm not use to a MAC.

    Well like i said im not sure if it works for all devices, i doubt it will but heres how you do it with an apple device.

    Plug in your device using a usb cable
    Start Quicktime Player
    File > New Movie Recording (not screen recording)

    You will see that next to the record button there is an arrow for a drop down menu. From there you can select an Apple Device from the Camera section. Make sure the audio is also being chosen from the microphone section.

    Hit record and there you go!
