    Attitude Adjustment

Any of you city guys know what that yellow thing is hanging on the side of my fridge? I've always used it for attitude adjustments for our daughters, and husband on occasion.

    That is a fly swatter.

They do make very effective child alignment tools, though.

Yea, I keep one of those hanging on side of my fridge as well. Since my kids are grown I can't use it on them but just use it when a fly lands on my mashed potatoes.

I use my bare hand to kill flies. I can do it roughly 40% of the time. So that flyswatter isn't for me. I'm more of a purist that way. Me against nature, and in the end I usually get the little bastard.

I like to corner them and slap them out of the air, generally sending them hurling into the wall. Feel like a ninja every time.

I've mentioned before that I'm currently deployed. I'm in charge of an Aircraft Maintenance Unit with a few dozen airmen. They refer to this as MSgt Roe's "Airman Alignment Tool".

And yes, that's a blade from a paper cutter.
