    Deceptive Site

    Deceptive site ahead
Attackers on www.webdesignforums.net may trick you into doing something dangerous like installing software or revealing your personal information (for example, passwords, phone numbers, or credit cards).

So today I was coming to the forum when Google Chrome greeted me with the above message. I don't know if it's a local thing or if this forum is getting outdated to where Google views it as being deceptive. There is only one other website that I have ever got this warning on and that was a sports streaming website which did in fact have a lot of suspicious activity and click baits.

I just wanted to bring this to the staff's attention in case there is something they can do or if you are having this same issue you can go here to fix it on known safe sites. https://support.google.com/chrome/an...DDesktop&hl=en

I am getting that warning as well if I try to visit here using chrome. I don't get it with IE. My first thought was that the site had been hacked. Back when my forum was on vBulletin I had something similar but not exactly the same happen which was because it had been hacked.

Hopefully you can get it squared away soon. Good luck with fixing the problem.

I'm not sure what happened exactly, but it seems to be okay now.
