AWstats. Best stat analysis tool ever, barely beating Webalizer's simplicity.

LiveStats (by Deep Metrix) v. 6.2.6, Enterprise Edition. There's absolutely nothing on the market that can touch it in terms of thoroughness and analysis. It's also the only site stats package I've seen besides WebTrends (and I'm not spending $10,000 US for that piece of garbage) that breaks down visitor traffic by Canadian province (very important to us hosers, eh?) and US state.

Occasionally, my clients will ask for custom stats to analyze that are beyond the scope of LiveStats (such as various calls to action) and we develop our own in-house stats analyzers for this stuff.

I use BBClone on the main page. I prefer it... really is a great PHP counter, although I could see it having trouble on really heavy traffic sites.
