    do anyone think dialup is pretty much down the drain now days ? i was just sitting here thinking if dialup does become obsolete does that mean the end to AOL ... hahahahahah

    Recent news in the paper this morning: (UK Figures)

    1 in 5 people connecting to the internet gets Broadband.
    3 million homes & business have broadband.
    At least 40,000 homes/businesses are installing broadband weekly.

    I got isdn because I can't get Broadband where I am at the moment, I dont think anyway,

    We couldn't last time we checked, whats the url where you type in your post code and it says if your in reach or not?

    well im not sure if this is really off topic but mods let me know -- do any of you design for dialup users or mostly broadband -- since most of us are on broadband , when we test our work its fast for us but may be slow for a 56k person
