    Hi,

    Heeeeeelp!!!

I need to create an e-commerce system for a client.

They have given me all product information which I have installed in a MS Access database.

Considering I currently have no server-side scripting knowledge, is there an e-commerce package out there I can just "bolt-on" to the website which displays product info and handles payment???

Top urgent please let me know!

    Cheers, Steve

www.mals-e.com is a free (or paid if you want more features) one that doesn't require any server-side programming knowledge.

I'm not sure if www.oscommerce.com does or not, since I've never used it, but I hear good things about it.

Mind you, if it's in an Access database, you'll have to pick up some Active Server Pages (ASP) knowledge to retrieve the info...otherwise, your database is pretty much useless.

Most cart software comes with its own database, so they don't use others.

If the client has given you all the products in a databse etc, but you can not use it. It may take a while, but why not just type out everything in the database into whichever CMS you use?
