    I was wondering if anyone here would know where I can find some tutorials or info on how to make a static image background, using DWMX. I think that's what it's called - where the background image remains static and the page elelments (text, graphics, etc) move independently of it?

    Thanks.

    Yes. I will have to implement this idea for myself and test it out. It seems there are different suggestions for this effect, as stated on that page, but ya can't please everyone all the time.

    Thanks.

    be careful using that fixed-background stuff. it makes me want to vomit.

    it could just be me tho, but i don't understand why it would be useful.

    Put this in the body tag, or where ever you have the background image set to

    Code:
    style="background-position:fixed;"
