    Hello everyone,

For an upcoming freelancer, what's the best way for determining the cost of labor for a website project? I noticed that some designers (for print media like logos or flyers) use an actual estimate sheet. Do you know where I could find online examples of a price estimation form for website designers? (I only want to use something that will help me work out the details of my first project.)

Do a search on this subject, there have been many answeres to questions like this here recently. I am sure somebody somwhere has made a price estimate sheet they go by when interacting with clients, but those can go out the window as far as I am conserned.

Dont bore yourself trying to nit-pick every single aspect of webdesign as if you are reading off a menu trying to come up with a full meal with a main dish side orders and something to drink. Instead look at the whole project, look at the time it will take to complete the project, look at your personal/professional costs and needs, and look at the needs of the client. Then determin your price. I know this is difficult to assest in the beginning, but you are bound to make some judgment errors in the beginning. Just learn from them and make adjustments in the future.
