I was just wondering how I could do something like the menu at the top of livejournal.com. I'd like to know how to set it up so that when you rollover the top bar it loads another menu into the second... Is this something in CSS or what?
There's a good chance I don't hate you as much as my name would lead most to believe.

It is CSS, and you can view it using your 'view','source'
    feature with your browser.

View the HTML source and see where the .css files are loaded
at the beginning. Here's the link:
    http://stat.livejournal.com/xc/menu-normal.css

That's the .css that handles the author's menu bar.

Then see in the HTML source where the .css items are used
    and called as needed.
