i've got 2 divs, 1 layered on top of the other as a smaller textbox.....the html page shows up fine in IE, centered in the window, and the textbox is the right size, but,
in Firefox the textbox does not respect its dimensions and is too tall and wide!!....plus, the whole page is not centered.

i want the background div #frame to be centered in all browsers, and i want the div #textbox to be positioned relative to the div #frame so that it will always be the correct size.

i like having the #textbox as a div so that the text can scroll, but would it be better for positioning to create a table within #frame to hold a td for the content of the div #textbox??

attached is one html page and the css as a txt file (wdf won't let me upload css files)

thanks for all the great responses!
