    Although we have done a lot of brochure sites, we are just producing several e-commerce sites simultaneously, which means we need to get terms sorted.

    My choices I think are:
    - Get a cheapo generic set of terms from a website
    - Pay a lot more to get tailored terms from a lawyer

    With either of these I would set it up as a third party so the client understands we are not liable. Having said that I still want to do a good job for them, so don't want to use cheap terms that wouldn't stand up to a real problem. But then our lawyer has talked about 700+ for a set of properly done terms, which is a pretty hefty cost in proportion to our usual project fees. We are talking about small/medium businesses here.

    Any opinions? Recommended suppliers too if you know any.
