I came up with a new logo for a small business company.
How is it possible to check if the new logo infringes anybody's copyright (their logo)?

The logo is a creation with two initials.
For example, if the company name is MicroSoft, I made the new logo using M and S.

I cant see anything wrong with that, and the only way i can think of is to the letters and find out if anyone else has the same one as you. For example, theres companies named: MicroBit, or Mircobit Software, and so forth, it wouldnt be a fringe of any copyright to have it, although only if you are using the same name.
