    I maintain a Racing Website nad we are about to open up sub domains for locally registered drivers, but want to offer them some cheap and or free easy to use web building programmes, any ideas, i cant build these sites for them i havent the time

    Sounds like you might be better off with a CMS of some sort...

    http://mamboserver.com is pretty good... has a great WYSIWYG editor for posting content.

    go have alook at www.opensourceCMS.com - lists all the opensource software you can use, as well as demo's for you to test. That should help you out.
