Are there any decent freeware or opensource alternatives to programs such as frontpage or dreamweaver?

NVu is one I've heard good things about -- based on Mozilla Composer, it's apparently come a ways. Quanta+ is very good but it's currently Linux-only. KDE 4 may just bring it to Windoze, but that's a waays off, I'm afraid. I can't think of any others off the top of my head at the moment.

I used to use a program called 1st Page that is an excellent HTML editor. I used this a lot before I got Dreamweaver. You can download it for free here: http://www.evrsoft.com/1stpage2.shtml
