Hi my name is Rebecca and I am new to this web forum. I will soon be starting out my own webpage (as a hobby). As my username says I am a pug dog lover.
I came across this website and was wondering how to do something similar for my pug fan site (soon to be)..

That is a flash movie/file.

Designing movies like that can be tricky, (catching user events, moving etc) but Flash is very popular so you should get help fairly easy.

The scripting language behind Flash is called Actionscript.
