I am currently on redesign 3 , i am new to webdesign and version 1 was basic, version 2 kicked it more in a web design direction.

Now Version 3 will be close to completing all the content i want in it.

My idea is to have 3 parts to my site, part is for web design, part will contain tutorials and other resources and the final part will have a blog.

I'm kinda thinking this could easily become a jumbled mess. Should i focus on each part and have a different site for each one? Or put them all together but in such a way that they are separate from each other?

Put them all together. If you mean the part for web design to be a business, then don't put them all together. You wouldn't put tutorials and resources on a business site unless they pertained to some service that your customers used exclusively from you. I guess businesses can have blogs though to keep people updated on whatever goings-on may be going on. But if this is all just a personal hobby site, why not make it easy for yourself and make one site?
