    It works fine in Internet Explorer 7, but when it comes to the others
    (Firefox and Netscape) it doesn't seem to respond as well. It will tend
    to freeze up in Firefox and some of the banners (which are Flash
    Banners) won't show at all. I used Front Page 2003 to design it.
    Someone please help.

    You have to choose depending on how you code...
    I remember this article on http://www.alistapart.com about doctypes.

    some of the first problems you will have in this situation:
    • code is not valid. (firefox is a good example of the need for valid, or at least well-formed code)
    • try using a js script to make flash load last:

    flash last load script:
    HTML Code:
    <script type="text/javascript">
    function loadflash()
    {
    document.getElementById('SOME_DIV').innerHTML = "THE_FLASH_OBJECT_CODE"
    }
    </script>
    in the body tag include:
    HTML Code:
    <body onload="loadflash()">
    </body>
