haha, that is the least amount of content I think I've seen on here (asking for direction).

Obviously you need a good 4-5 paragraph intro about what it is the company does.
Along with that maybe some pictures of the products or stock photos of students, schools, administrators, teachers, etc (whoever it is using the end product).

Also, need to know color schemes. Maybe a chalkboard flash banner instead of what you have?

I always suggest talking to the customer finding out what colors they want, do they have/need a logo, when someone looks at the site what is the impression they want to make, does the customer have any ideas, etc.
The more info you get from a customer, the easier it is to design something.

Don't know what else to say with so little. Hope you get over the mind block.
    Good luck.........

If I were you, I would find a site with many pre-existing templates
and have your client pick one out. I think this is a case where if
your clients has a small hand in the design, they'll end up liking
    whatever you do.

Tell us more about the worksheets ... I think the solution lies in the products they sell.

I just imagined the inside of a kindergarten or first grade class with large running posters of the alphabet, grammar rules, colors, etc. running above a chalk board and a teacher standing by ready to answer all your questions!

I have an eye for detail like you'd never believe.
