Err, do which part? The caption? Thats some simple gradients in a paragraph, that is.... But in that site it's in flash. I could go on in why you shouldn't use Flash (in this case, search engines can have trouble reading it), but also the fact that the layout is in tables means that if you want a "semanticly correct" page, you need to totally restructure it in CSS layouts... but at that point it gets simple.
Note on code: If I give code, please note that it is simply sample code to demonstrate an effect. It is not meant to be used as-is; that is the programmer's job. I am not responsible to give you support or be held liable for anything that happens when using my code.

They did it in flash... But you don't have to do it in flash. You could also do it with an iframe, and change the content in the iframe when you click on one of those little images. If there were no text and only images, then you could easily do an image-swap type of thing - with Javascript, or possibly even CSS (using mouseover rather than onclick)...

that is a cool looking website design.

you best bet would probably be to hire someone from a site like www.rentacoder.com in my opinion.

    they can copy almost anything.

Why rent a coder when you can code it yourself?
