What type of accomplishments are potential employers (whether they are a design firm or a small business interested in hiring freelancers) looking for in web designers/Flash animators with 2-3 minimal years of experience? What kind of accomplishments should we mention for every job description? I have already listed my skills sets, but I believe my resume is too bland because I simply wrote a summary for each job description.

I don't think you really need to have a traditional resume. What you have done is good enough, but more importantly you need to have a portfolio of your work.

Most employers looking for a web designer want to know your skill sets and look at work you've done.
I look for a portfolio and then do follow up questions on their skill sets.

Mentioning "accomplishments" on each job description isn't really necessary. You can do it if you like, but I don't think you need to for a majority of the job market.

For a small amount of design projects or fewer years in the industry, you can still put together something online kinda cool. Show off your design skills.

    Good luck....
