    Hello
Can anyone recommend a visual web design software?
The program should support implementing file download.
    Thank you

You could try the WYSIWYG Web Design Software.

    Maybe FrontPage or Dreamweaver.

Dreamweaver is the way to go. I use it, and I've seen the file-upload option in there. I haven't used it, but it looks simple enough.

I have some info in my sig if you're interested.

Dreamweaver is also the way to go.

If your making a website for profit, then you should purchase a license. if you ever get caught with an illegal copy, you COULD lose your business.

    Dreamweaver around $600 or so.

Theres also front page (although i dont like the WYSIWYG views)

Im mostly a coder so i stick to code views in both, dreamweavers got decent file upload support, frontpage has the ability to work in a connected mode (so does dreamweaver, but dreamweavers connected mode is kind of clunky, wen u upload a file it checks all dependancys to see if they have been altered (this is good, but it can get slow) it uploads dependancies that have changed)

Dreamweaver is great but very expensive. Depending on your budget you might want to consider Coffeecup Html Editor which has a visual feature or the Coffeecup VSD software. (www.coffeecup.com) Personally if you can work with html and css I would recomment the Coffeecup Html Editor.
Are you looking for an option where people can download something e.g. a document or the option to upload? There is a big difference here.
To download all you have to do is place a link to the download document which you of course have to place hosting account.
