    I hate how a site looks different in FireFox and Internet Explorer.

    Especially my site.

    I have a horizontal rule at the bottom of my page that I want to grey.
    It's grey in FF but when I look at my site in IE it turns green.

    And then my contact form.
    The two text fields I have in it are yellow with the auto-complete thing for FF, but in IE they're grey like I want them to be.

    Is there a way to keep my horizontal rule grey in IE?
    And is there a way I can turn off FF's auto-complete for forms?

    A better way to make a horizontal line would be to use CSS since <hr> has been deprecated. Add this to your style sheet:

    .hr {border: 2px solid #eee; width:50%}

    Then ditch the <hr> line and add this:
    <p class="hr"></p>
