Most of us code web sites by hand using a text editor, but you can use
Dreamweaver ... it's just that you might not be able to understand the
things we say without knowing HTML and CSS and how to upload files
    using FTP.

Dreamweaver as you are probably using it, is a WYSIWYG interface, so you
cut and paste graphics and things into it, and it creates the code for you.

Again, nothing really wrong with that, but learning to make a web page on this
forum (using Dreamweaver), isn't going to be easy.

    With that said ...

You have to determine if the font you picked is necessary to your design.
On a web page, the font types displayed will only show up if the user has
that font on their PC. Your font looks like a non-standard font. So, you'll
have to make each of the 4 words a graphic image, like:
    think.gif
    collection.gif
    shop.gif
    connect.gif

Those are 4 separate images, and the square/diamond thing is an image by
itself, without the 4 words on it. That diamond becomes the background image,
and the 4 words are placed over the top (as they become links to other pages).

You have to determine how large your page is going to be (pixel dimensions).
Will it fit on a smaller browser (800 X 600), or for a larger browser window?

You just made a "splash page" with the 4 links ... what about the other pages?
Do you have any idea of what they will look like? And what is the purpose of
the website, and who is it designed for? (kids, teens, adults, senior citizens?)

A website isn't just a bunch of stuff thrown together ... don't waste your time if
    you don't have a purpose.

Use Google to find tutorials on HTML and CSS ... much faster than using this
    forum to get help.
