    Hello,
I have been working on a design in Photoshop and I am mentally stuck. I am wondering if anyone has ideas that can help get me moving.
Specifically, I am not sure how to style containers for my actual content. I have my header and main navigation done at the top.
Attached is an image of my mockup so far. Any suggestions?
    Thank you for your time.
    Regards,
    Chris K.

You break each one of those buttons into separate images (.gif or .png).
Then you create another set with your "mouse-over" image ... what will show
when the mouse is over the button.

When you get your CSS part done, the mouse-over will swap the image.
Using Javascripting or pure CSS ... not sure how you want to do that.

In any event, your whole photoshop page needs to be broken down into
separate images that get placed (positioned) onto the page. All done
    within your XHTML/CSS coding.
