Im starting my own website and its been going pretty good. I want the website to be like 5blogs in 1.

    my layout is :
    Something.com
(navigation tabs)home juice milk water oil contact

    twitter content advertisements

    footer
Now my problem is updating the site daily. I read that I should use a CMS, but how do I use "MY" design with a CMS like Joomla or Drupal?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I picture you using WordPress for something like that.
Easiest to learn and sort of easy to customize your own template.

You find a template (free online templates ... use Google to search), sort of
close to the design you want, and then customize it with your own graphics,
    colors, etc.

Using WP will allow you to create several categories, and the necessary plug-ins
for RSS feeds, rating/voting systems, etc.

If you are the one updating the site, then there is no need for a cms.
