I am looking for anyone that can help me with fading text code, I have seem few websites using this technique. But I am not sure how it is applied. This example of a Web Design company called DMA website at http://www.digitalmediaad.com/webdevelopment.php can illustrate my point. Thanks.

In the website you give as an example, there is a very simple JavaScript in the header.

http://www.malsup.com/jquery/cycle/int2.html is a script mainly used for rotating images but I believe it does also allow you to fade in images or other elements - not sure if this is any good?
