    Hello, I'm new here, but a longtime lurker for when I need help for my projects. No doubt there are some brilliant minds on here, and I'm open to any sort of advice or help I can get on a question I have. Here is what I'm trying to accomplish, I'm making a website for a friend of mine who is a musician. On the discography page of the site, we'd like to have a mosaic tile of album covers that she has sung on, (about 26 album covers) that are going to be approx 125x125pixels each, roughly 5 rows, 4 columns. When the page loads, if possible, we'd like them to load almost similar to a domino effect, one after the other quickly. On mouseover, we'd like to have a speech bubble type box appear on screen with a button to hear the song on that album, and perhaps 2-3 lines of text that talk about the song and album. Is this possible to do in CSS? If not, what other options should I seek, thanks.:classic:

    I think you should find a Flash programmer to do this for you.
    I realize it might cost you some money, but the final result would be spectacular.

    When you quote the job, mention that you'll be wanting to use an external XML
    file to load your "playlist", MP3 sample, and caption (text). That Flash programmer
    should know what the XML file is all about and create the Flash SWF file for your site.

    Once done, you will be able to edit that XML file as you wish, and the Flash program
    will take the data from that XML file and display it according to your specs.

    =======

    You could do all of that using Javascripting, along with some PHP ... but it won't
    work exactly the same on all browsers, and it's going to be hard to script ... so you might
    have to hire someone anyhow.

    That's why you should go the Flash route ... I think you'll be glad you did.
