Anyone you deal with on the Internet is going to require either a bank account or cc.

Why? Because they have to report your earnings as income. If you don't have either, or access to, you're gonna have a tough time signing up with any advertisers.

Google adsense is probably the easiest to set-up and use, but
you have to 1) Have a gazillion site visitors ... because ...
    2) They have to click on the ads, and only a few of them will.

If you get 10 clicks a day, you might get close to $1.00 a day.
It depends on the ad of course. I think they all pay different fees,
or put some weight on how in-depth the visitor goes into the site.

Hopefully, you'll make enough to at least cover your hosting fees.

If any of my kids had expressed an interest in programming, scripting,
anything related to web sites / internet, I would gladly have paid the
$50-$75 web hosting fees for giving them their own website. You need
a real webhost and a real website to learn HTML/CSS/AJAX/PHP/MySQL ect.
Even if you don't make money ... what you'll learn for the experience would
be the best money your parents spent for education.

I charge around 50$ for HTML/CSS website so I have enough money for web hosting...all that money goes to my bank account,if I somehow get a credit card,I will be able to pay adsense fees...

Yup... Second that... One Of my daughters years ago want to give it a whirl... I got her a hosting account and all the software she needed to do it right... She did several "fan" sites for musicians... Just a following thing, but she did such a good job, she got all kind of free stuff from the artist.

She started working on the schools website... When she graduated, they ended up having to pay a developer to maintain the site because she was so much more advanced than anyone at the school district. They have since dumbed down the site so someone at the school district can maintain it.

She has moved on to bigger and better things, but the learning process and how to logically look at problems and solve them was an invaluable lesson learned.

I think programming is a lot like learning music. It stimulates the mind, and gives people a sense of structure, flow, and logic ... good brain exercise. Learn it just to learn it, whether it's PHP or a piano.
