Can anyone help me with is problem? It's a fact that most people don't use their browser address bar, they simply 'Google it'. However, when I try this to check one of my sites with the fairly new .co tld, google suggests using .co.uk. Why? And how can I get around this please?

    Thanks

    You can't.

Google suggest is looking at a long history of previous successful searches that have been made.

I doubt google will modify it, because there are many sites that do end in .co.uk ,'.co.cn, .co.jp .... And on and on and on.

Sorry if it's not the answer you want to hear... A bit of good news though... You have a built in measuring guage... The day you search for your domain name on google... And it doesn't suggest .co.uk, then you've gotten enough people searching for your site and clicking on links to get there for google to remove the suggest for your site.

Thanks for the reply. Good old G eh. I think I'll just leave the .co TLD's alone in the future.
